I found a bug in the beginning of the game. After talking to Bernd, you have to get the weapon before him or otherwise he shoots you. When I reached the weapon and pressed E, apparently in the same moment he got the weapon so instead of picking up the weapon, I started talking to Bernd again, with the same dialogue (see picture), while he had the weapon in his hand and the weapon still being on the table. After the dialogue ended, he shot me.
To make things even weirder, after restarting the level, the dialogue that happens when Bernd shoots appeared again and after clicking it away, he shot me through the walls at my spawn position:
